Criteria and Selection
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management
Proficiency in MS Office Tools, A.I Tools like Chat GPT
Proficiency in Search Engine Optimisation, AdWords, Social Media Marketing etc
At least 2 years experience in in understanding of competitive Anlytics technologies and their place in the market
Focus will be on generating revenues through new business development
Proven track record in software solution sales
At least 3 years experience in Sales, Client acquisition
Demonstrated experience with Strategic Planning Tactical Execution skills
Experience with business Process Management, and Hybrid Integration
Project Management Certifications would be an added advantage.
Roles + Responsibilities
As a Software Sales Executive at Yacht Parties, there is more to the job than selling our WebAPP to the Public. Listed below are highlights of the core duties to be expected of the successful candidate.
Lead Generation and Cold Calling
You would adopt lucrative strategies in landing positive results whilst acquiring potential Clients (Guests or Hosts).
You’ll be expected to call on potential customers and book meetings as a software sales Executive.
You should also have a knack for targeting potential customers that have an affinity for our line of business, the more potential customers you can identify, the more sales you’ll close.
The Yachting, Party + Leisure industry changes constantly. As such, you’ll spend some time learning new tactics to apply in these ever changing Industries, by using the Companies resources to put forth our Services to both existing and potential Customers.
Moreover, you would need to understand our niche, uphold, maintain our values.
Social Media Presence.
You would deploy modern software sales strategies which may involve an active prominence on Social Media sites.
You would also know how to streamline your sales processes with the usage of third Party A.I tools in engaging your audience.
Sales Team Meetings & KPIs
The desired sales executive will work closely with the Founder. Meetings would be held virtually.
These meetings would encompass all aspects of the business including new strategies, products as well as KPIs in determining staff performance.
Customer Retention
You’ll contact new and existing customers via phone, email, or Zoom using CRM software.
Our Customer resolution presence is a vital part of our Sales strategy. building a healthy long-term customer - platform bond is mandatory for this position.
This is a Commissions based | REMOTE | MULTIPLE position role. Successful Candidates would each be given their Unique referral links with a Unique Dashboard to track their referred Clients.
